Darren Holst

Darren started his career with MBA Financial Strategists in 2014 after completing a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide. Following a brief stint travelling the world, Darren decided to follow a career path in financial planning.

He enjoys working with a broad range of clients, from Gen Y wealth accumulators to pre-retirees gearing up to exit the workforce and move into retirement. He works closely with MBA FS’s Mortgage Advice team to assist younger clients with purchasing either their first home or investment property.

Darren has the credentials, expertise and communication skills to determine clients’ needs and guide them throughout the different stages of life, ensuring they are in control of their finances and on track to reaching their goals.

Darren is an authorised representative and credit representative of Akumin Financial Planning Pty Limited. He holds both a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is currently undertaking study to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, the highest qualification in the financial planning industry.
